Available Amenities on Your Antioch Bus Rental
Not every Antioch group trip calls for the same setup — and that’s exactly the point. For bachelorette nights and birthday celebrations heading from Antioch toward the Walnut Creek bar scene or downtown Oakland, a 15- to 50-passenger party bus typically comes stocked with a full-length bar, color-changing LED lighting, a Bluetooth sound system, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo fits smaller groups with leather seating and tinted privacy windows.
For longer hauls — out to Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara or across the Bay to a Giants game at Oracle Park — a 40–56 passenger charter bus provides reclining seats, overhead storage, onboard restrooms, climate control, and undercarriage luggage bays. Amenities vary by vehicle and operator, but the quote form shows you exactly what comes with each option so you can pick the bus that matches the trip.

The Easy Way to Compare Antioch Party Bus Rentals
Highway 4 through Antioch is one of the most congested corridors in Contra Costa County. Morning backups start before 7am between the Lone Tree Way interchange and the Highway 242 split near Concord, and evening gridlock can stretch well past Somersville Road on any given weekday. Organizing a group caravan through that is a headache nobody needs on the night of a concert, a wedding, or a prom — and rideshare availability in eastern Contra Costa drops off sharply once you get east of Pittsburg.
Fairfieldpartybuscompany.com takes the logistics off your plate: fill out one form, compare options side by side, and lock in transportation for your whole group at once.
Through different bus providers serving Antioch and Contra Costa County, you get real pricing on real vehicle types — not just one quote from one company. Party buses, charter buses, minibuses, and Sprinter vans are all on the table, and the website shows you photos, capacity, and amenities upfront so you know exactly what you’re getting before you commit. One-way trips, round trips, and multi-day packages are all available.
And when questions come up — which vehicle fits 28 people, how early to leave for the Concord Pavilion show, or what time the last pickup needs to happen — call 707-989-3080 to help sort it out.
Party Bus & Group Transportation Services in Antioch
Whatever is bringing your group together in Antioch — a night out, a wedding, a school field trip, or a long summer day on the Delta — there’s a bus ready for it. Explore the full range of group transportation services or call 707-989-3080 to get the right vehicle lined up today!

Antioch Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Getting a group from Antioch to the airport — or from the airport back home — without juggling a convoy of separately driven cars is exactly what a group airport shuttle is built for. Oakland International Airport (OAK) at 1 Airport Drive, Oakland, CA 94621, sits roughly 35 miles west of Antioch via Highway 4 west and I-580 south, and on a typical weekday afternoon that stretch runs 45 to 60 minutes — longer if traffic backs up through the maze interchange where Highway 4 meets I-680 near Concord. A minibus or charter bus handles the full group and all the luggage in one clean trip, so nobody misses the flight because a carpool car was running late.
Once the group lands, assemble everyone at baggage claim before calling for the bus — OAK’s Ground Transportation Center on Airport Drive coordinates commercial vehicle pickups curbside, and having everyone staged and ready makes the pickup smooth.
San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is about 50 miles from Antioch, and Sacramento International Airport (SMF) runs roughly an hour east via SR-4 to I-5 north. The full guide to group airport pickups at OAK covers the terminal details worth knowing before your group flies. Call 707-989-3080 to line up your Antioch airport shuttle today!

Antioch Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Antioch bachelor and bachelorette groups have plenty of options for a great night — the challenge is always keeping everyone together without designating a sober volunteer or dealing with surge pricing at 1am on a Friday in Walnut Creek. A party bus found through Fairfieldpartybuscompany.com runs on your group’s schedule, not the app’s. Start the night local with drinks in Antioch, then roll west on Highway 4 toward the bar scene along Locust Street in Walnut Creek, hit cocktails in Oakland, or make the full Bay run into San Francisco for a club night in the Mission or a crawl through the Marina district.
Party buses with a built-in bar, LED lighting, and Bluetooth sound keep the energy rolling on the ride itself — the celebration starts in the bus, not just at the destination. An Antioch bachelorette party bus seating 15 to 50 means the whole crew rides together from the first pickup to the last drop-off, with nobody worrying about how anyone gets home. Call 707-989-3080 to compare options and hold your date!

Antioch Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Antioch has a strong tradition of big quinceañera and Sweet 16 celebrations, and a party bus entrance at a venue like Lone Tree Golf & Event Center or a banquet hall in Pittsburg or Oakley is one of the most memorable arrivals you can arrange. When you rent a party bus for a quinceañera or Sweet 16 in Antioch, you can often request specific vehicle colors to coordinate with the event theme — white, black, or silver buses are commonly available. Whether the quinceañera court is traveling from a church in Antioch to a reception hall across town, or an adult milestone birthday group is making the run to downtown Oakland for dinner and nightlife, the Antioch birthday party bus keeps absolutely everyone together with zero caravan coordination needed.
For adult milestone birthdays — 30th, 40th, 50th — a night out in San Francisco opens up restaurant options and a level of nightlife that requires zero navigation stress when the bus handles the routing. Call 707-989-3080 to check availability for your date!

Antioch Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The concert venue closest to most Antioch groups is the Concord Pavilion (2000 Kirker Pass Rd, Concord, CA 94521) — an outdoor amphitheater about 20 miles west on Highway 4, with a capacity near 12,500 and parking that runs $35–$40 per car on most show nights. On a sold-out evening, the exit off Willow Pass Road onto Kirker Pass Road backs up a full mile before anyone gets into the lot. Five separate cars means five separate parking fees, five stress levels, and a scramble to find adjacent seats while the opener is already on stage.
An Antioch concert bus rental puts everyone on one vehicle, drops the group at the main entrance, and picks everyone up at a pre-agreed spot after the last song — no lot exit crawl, no app-based rideshare wait, no surge.
For bigger shows at Chase Center in San Francisco or at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, a charter bus handles the full group on one comfortable run across the Bay or down the peninsula. Input your trip details once and compare vehicle options in seconds. Call 707-989-3080 to get your concert bus locked in before tickets sell out!

Antioch Corporate Event Transportation
Whether you’re shuttling a team from Antioch to a conference in Walnut Creek, running a company event at a venue near Bishop Ranch in San Ramon, or moving executives between Delta-area offices and a client dinner in downtown Concord, a corporate group shuttle keeps your team on the same schedule. Highway 4 to I-680 south is the typical corridor to Walnut Creek and San Ramon, and peak-hour congestion between the Concord Willow Pass exit and the Walnut Creek merge can turn a 20-mile run into a 55-minute ordeal. One bus takes care of everyone in a climate-controlled cabin, with WiFi and power outlets available on many vehicles so the team stays connected on the way.
For recurring employee shuttle routes between Antioch and worksites or corporate parks in Concord or Walnut Creek, a minibus is usually the right fit — maneuverable enough for business park approaches and comfortable enough for shift-to-shift use. Call 707-989-3080 to work out a schedule and discuss corporate group options!

Antioch Private Event Transportation Services
Organizing a family reunion along the San Joaquin Delta waterfront, a church group outing to Contra Loma Regional Park, or a birthday gathering that spans multiple venues in one day? A private event charter bus keeps your whole group on one itinerary without anyone getting lost between stops. The Delta area in summer is a major draw for group outings, with Antioch Marina and nearby parks filling up fast on July and August weekends — and rideshare availability in eastern Contra Costa County on busy holiday weekends is nowhere near what it is in the inner East Bay.
Surge pricing out here reflects that gap.
For larger private events — fundraisers, cultural celebrations, multi-stop outings — a 40–56 passenger charter bus makes the logistics clean: one vehicle, one timeline, one contact. Smaller groups of 15–20 do well on a minibus that handles the tighter turnaround points at local park entrances and marina approaches. Call 707-989-3080 to get a custom package put together for your event!

Antioch Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Antioch is home to several high schools — Antioch High, Deer Valley High, and Heritage High, along with Freedom High in nearby Oakley — all of which hold proms and homecoming events between April and May. That’s a concentrated window, and every bus operator in Contra Costa County knows it: prom season is the single biggest demand spike for party bus rentals across the region each spring. For a typical 6-hour prom package — home or school pickup, a photo stop at the Antioch waterfront or Contra Loma Regional Park, venue drop-off at a Concord or Walnut Creek hotel ballroom, and after-party return — there’s a meaningful difference between booking in January versus scrambling in late April.
For prom: book by January to lock in the best pricing and the vehicle your group actually wants. Waiting until March or April usually means higher rates or outright unavailability across the board. An Antioch prom party bus takes care of pickup, photo stop, and drop-off so students can focus on the night — and parents can stop worrying about who’s driving home.
Call 707-989-3080 right now to hold your date!

Antioch School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Teachers and chaperones will appreciate that comparing options on Fairfieldpartybuscompany.com is fast — one form, real pricing, no hold music. Antioch Unified School District serves students across multiple campuses, and field trips to destinations like the Jelly Belly Factory in Fairfield (about 30 miles north via I-680 and I-80), the Lindsay Wildlife Experience in Walnut Creek, or the California Academy of Sciences in San Francisco all require coordinated group transport that a standard school bus can’t always provide comfortably for the distance.
Modern charter buses and large minibuses come with TVs, overhead storage for backpacks and lunchboxes, and onboard restrooms on select vehicles — so the “are we there yet?” chorus starts much later in the trip. ADA-accessible vehicles are available too; just mention it when you request your quote. An Antioch school event bus handles the logistics so teachers can focus on the students.
Call 707-989-3080 to get started!

Antioch Sporting Event Transportation
Antioch sports fans heading to Chase Center (1 Warriors Way, San Francisco, CA 94158) for a Warriors game face a 45-mile trip that can stretch past 90 minutes during evening traffic on Highway 4 west to I-80. Post-game rideshare pickups at Chase Center are staged on Terry Francois Boulevard, where demand spikes the moment 18,000 people exit at once. An Antioch charter bus to Chase Center keeps your whole crew together for the ride in and the ride home — no surge pricing, no waiting on an app while hundreds of fans compete for the same queue.
For Giants fans heading to Oracle Park (24 Willie Mays Plaza, San Francisco, CA 94107), the bus drops the group steps from the main gate while everyone else is hunting for parking along 3rd Street. If a Sacramento River Cats AAA game at Sutter Health Park is on the calendar instead, a charter bus handles the hour-plus run east on I-5 comfortably. Antioch Speedway fans can make a quick local night of it on a minibus for race nights on W 10th Street.
Call 707-989-3080 to get your group’s game-day bus sorted!

Antioch Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Antioch wedding logistics have one consistent challenge: your guests are often coming from all over the East Bay — some from Oakland, some from Walnut Creek, some from addresses right here in Antioch — and getting everyone to Lone Tree Golf & Event Center or another Delta-area venue on the same timeline is harder than it looks on a Saturday afternoon when Highway 4 is stacked. A wedding shuttle takes all of that off your plate: one bus loops from the hotel block to the ceremony, ceremony to reception, and reception back to the hotel, and nobody in your bridal party navigates Lone Tree Way in formal attire at midnight.
A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is the right fit for the bridal party on the wedding day itself — clean arrival, leather seating, no coordination headaches. For the full guest count, a charter bus or minibus handles the shuttle loop cleanly. Because Fairfieldpartybuscompany.com makes it easy to sort out every detail upfront, your wedding timeline can stay tight from the first pickup to the final drop-off.
Call 707-989-3080 to get the details worked out!

Antioch Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Antioch sits at a geographic sweet spot for wine country runs: Livermore Valley wine country is about 25–30 miles south via Vasco Road, making it one of the most accessible Bay Area wine regions from eastern Contra Costa. On a weekend afternoon, Vasco Road through the hills is a genuinely enjoyable stretch of driving — and nobody has to make it sober when the winery tour bus is handling the route. Stops at Concannon Vineyard (4590 Tesla Rd, Livermore, CA 94550), Wente Vineyards (5565 Tesla Rd, Livermore, CA 94550), or Murrieta’s Well (3005 Mines Rd, Livermore, CA 94550) pair cleanly in a single afternoon run with everyone on one bus.
For groups set on the bigger Napa experience, the Napa Valley wine tour bus guide covers the full routing and logistics from the East Bay. For pub crawls staying local — bars along Lone Tree Way or a downtown Walnut Creek night — a minibus keeps the whole crew together without any headcount drama at last call. Call 707-989-3080 to plan your route!

Frequently Asked Questions About Antioch Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Fairfieldpartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date, compare the options, and find what fits your group.
What is Fairfieldpartybuscompany.com?
Fairfieldpartybuscompany.com is a comparison and quote-request website for group ground transportation in Antioch and across the Bay Area. It connects you with bus companies serving Contra Costa County through one online form, so you can compare party bus, minibus, and charter bus options — vehicle photos, amenities, and estimated pricing — all in one place without calling around.
How does Fairfieldpartybuscompany.com work?

How much does a party bus cost in Antioch?
Party bus prices in Antioch vary based on vehicle size, the date, and how long you need the bus. To give you an idea: Sprinter limos (14 passengers) run $170–$344/hour; small party buses (15–20 passengers) run $204–$378/hour; mid-size party buses (20–30 passengers) run $244–$414/hour; large party buses and minibuses (35–50 passengers) run $294–$490/hour; and full-size charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. See the party bus prices page to learn more.
What is the difference between a party bus and a charter bus?
Party buses (15–50 passengers) are built for celebration — they come with built-in bars, LED lighting, sound systems, and lounge seating, and they’re the right pick for bachelorette nights, birthdays, and prom. Charter buses (40–56 passengers) are configured more like a coach: reclining seats, overhead storage, onboard restrooms, and undercarriage luggage bays — and they’re ideal for longer runs to concerts in San Francisco, sports events across the Bay, or trips that need room for gear. Both types are available to compare through Fairfieldpartybuscompany.com.
How many people fit on a party bus in Antioch?
Party buses range from 15 to 50 passengers depending on the vehicle. A 15–20 passenger bus fits a small bachelorette crew or birthday group. A 25–30 passenger bus handles a medium-sized prom group or corporate outing.
A 40–50 passenger bus covers a large group, and a full-size charter bus seats up to 56. Group size is the first thing to confirm when you request a quote — the right vehicle follows from your headcount.
Can a party bus or charter bus take my group to Concord Pavilion?
Yes. Concord Pavilion (2000 Kirker Pass Rd, Concord, CA 94521) is about 20 miles from Antioch via Highway 4 and is one of the most popular concert destinations for Antioch groups. The bus drops the group at the main entrance and picks everyone up at a pre-arranged spot after the show — no $35–$40 parking fee per car, no gridlock on Kirker Pass Road during the lot exit.
For sold-out headliner shows, buses in the East Bay book out weeks ahead, so lock yours in as soon as the show date is confirmed.
Popular Antioch Party Bus Destinations
From the Delta waterfront along the San Joaquin River to the hills above Somersville Road, Antioch has no shortage of group destinations worth a bus ride. Here’s a look at the spots Antioch groups visit most — and what to know about getting there before you go.

Lone Tree Golf & Event Center
Lone Tree Golf & Event Center (4800 Golf Course Rd, Antioch, CA 94531, phone: 925-706-4220) is one of Antioch’s busiest venues for weddings, quinceañeras, and milestone events. The facility includes an 18-hole golf course and banquet spaces that regularly host groups of 100 or more on weekend evenings. On peak event nights, the Golf Course Road approach can back up when multiple events share the parking lot simultaneously.
A charter bus or party bus drops guests right at the main entrance and removes the parking coordination problem entirely — no guests circling the lot while the ceremony is starting. For out-of-town guests coming from hotel blocks in Pittsburg or Brentwood, a shuttle loop from the hotel to Lone Tree is a clean setup that makes arrival easy regardless of how unfamiliar guests are with Golf Course Road. Call 707-989-3080 to set up your Lone Tree event shuttle!

Concord Pavilion
Concord Pavilion (2000 Kirker Pass Rd, Concord, CA 94521) is the major outdoor amphitheater for the entire East Bay, with a capacity near 12,500 and a summer and fall concert calendar packed with headliners. From Antioch, it’s about 20 miles west on Highway 4 — a run that’s straightforward outside of peak hours but turns into a crawl on show nights around the Willow Pass interchange. Parking runs $35–$40 per vehicle for most shows, and the lot fills fast.
One bus covers the whole group, handles the approach on Kirker Pass Road, and picks everyone up at a coordinated spot after the encore. For major sold-out acts, buses in the East Bay fill weeks out — book your Antioch concert bus as soon as the show is announced and tickets land. Check the venue’s event calendar for the current lineup before you plan.

Antioch Marina
The Antioch Marina sits on the San Joaquin River at the edge of the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta, one of the most active recreational waterways in California. The waterfront area along Marina Plaza and W 2nd Street hosts summer events and draws boating, fishing, and group picnic crowds from across Contra Costa County all season long. On busy summer weekends — especially around the Fourth of July and Labor Day — parking along the Marina Plaza corridor fills early, and rideshare availability in this part of Antioch is limited compared to the inner East Bay.
A minibus or party bus takes care of the whole group from pickup to the waterfront and back, without anyone being dropped half a mile away because the nearest available car is in Pittsburg. Marina outings pair well with stops at local restaurants along Antioch’s riverfront. Call 707-989-3080 for a quote on your waterfront outing!

Antioch Speedway
Antioch Speedway (1201 W 10th St, Antioch, CA 94509) is a paved oval racing facility that draws racing fans and organized groups to the west side of Antioch for Saturday night events during the race season. The venue is accessible off West 10th Street, but parking in the surrounding area is limited and the approach from central Antioch involves several turns that first-time visitors miss in the dark on the way back out. A minibus handles a fan group perfectly here — everyone rides together for the pre-race energy, the bus waits nearby while the races run, and nobody has to negotiate the post-race lot on their own.
Local race-night buses book well during peak summer weekends when full race-day schedules draw bigger crowds. Call 707-989-3080 to get your group to the Speedway!

Contra Loma Regional Park
Contra Loma Regional Park (1200 Frederickson Ln, Antioch, CA 94509) is an East Bay Regional Park District property with a reservoir, seasonal swim lagoon, hiking trails, and large group picnic areas that make it a go-to destination for family reunions, church outings, and company picnics. The park charges vehicle entry fees on summer weekends, and those fees add up quickly across a group of separately driven cars. One charter bus or minibus means one vehicle entry for the whole group, with room in the bus for lawn chairs, picnic gear, and everything that fills trunk after trunk on a typical group outing.
Group picnic areas at Contra Loma can be reserved through the East Bay Regional Park District online system. Call 707-989-3080 to get a bus quote for your Contra Loma outing!

Black Diamond Mines Regional Preserve
Black Diamond Mines Regional Preserve (5175 Somersville Rd, Antioch, CA 94509) covers more than 6,200 acres in the hills above Antioch and is one of the most historically distinctive natural areas in the East Bay Regional Park District. The preserve includes former coal and sand mining sites from the 1800s, miles of hiking trails, the Rose Hill Cemetery, and underground mine tours that require advance reservations through the East Bay Regional Park District. The Somersville Road entrance is the primary access point, and while the parking area handles most visitor days, large group arrivals during guided tour events can create a crunch at the lot.
A minibus consolidates the group, handles the uphill approach on Somersville Road, and cuts out the parking math entirely. Mine tours book out quickly for spring school groups, so coordinate transportation and tour reservations at the same time. Call 707-989-3080 to put the bus together!
